Aaron Gordon Posts Double-Double With 28 Points In Win Over Celtics
6 years agoOrlando Magic power forward Aaron Gordon was extremely efficient in Saturday's 105-103 victory over the Celtics as he scored a game-high 28 points on 7-for-14 shooting from the floor. The 23-year-old also chipped in 12 rebounds, two assists and one block for his second straight double-double and 11th of the season. Gordon and Terrence Ross scored seven points apiece in a critical 19-4 fourth-quarter run. He went 13-for-13 from the free throw line for the game, setting a career mark for makes. The Arizona product is shooting just a little over 39 percent from the field since Dec. 1. Gordon will look to extend his double-figure scoring streak to nine straight games against the Rockets on Sunday.
