6 years agoNew York Knicks small forward Kevin Knox shot 12-for-23 from the field and had a career-high 31 points in Sunday's loss to Philadelphia. He was 4-for-9 from downtown and finished 3-for-4 from the line. Knox polished his line with seven rebounds and two steals. The rookie from Kentucky had been a bit quiet since the turn off the year, but Sunday was a reminder of his enormous potential. He'll look to demonstrate it again on Thursday against Washington. It's a tricky matchup for Knox, as the Wizards have defensive-minded guys like Trevor Ariza to shut him down. He was limited to only eight points in the last meeting on Dec. 3.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
