6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard recorded 26 points on 8-for-21 shooting in Sunday's three-point loss to the Denver Nuggets. Lillard also recorded a team-high seven assists with four rebounds while making just two of 10 attempts from three on the night. Lillard is in a bit of a slump so far in January where is shooting just 38.1% from the floor while averaging 20.6 points, although he is making it up with dishing out 8.1 assists in the month. Lillard will have his hands full when he will be chasing around Stephen Curry on Tuesday when his club battles the Warriors.--Gianni Costantiello
