6 years agoIndiana Pacers center Myles Turner was able to suit up for Tuesday’s contest versus the Phoenix Suns and he collected 18 points, six rebounds, two steals and two blocks across 28 minutes. Turner had missed the previous four games due to a right shoulder injury, while also dealing with a broken nose. The league’s leading shot blocker got a new streak started after his 36-game run to open the year with at least one shot swatted was ended Jan. 4 against Chicago. He has a more difficult match-up on the horizon, drawing Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday, a team he struggled to stay out of foul trouble against in their last meeting.--Jesse Borek
