6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns scored 13 points on 4-for-10 shooting from the field, including 2-for-4 from beyond the arc, in Tuesday's blowout loss to the 76ers. The 23-year-old added a season-low three rebounds, two assists, two steals in 28 minutes. It marks the 13th time that the 7-footer has registered single-digit caroms. His minus-42 rating was not only the worst in the game, but a personal low this season. Towns has a fairly difficult matchup against the Spurs on Friday as he is averaging just 12 points along with 8.7 rebounds along with four assists in three games versus them.--Daniel Benjamin
