6 years agoOrlando Magic center Mohamed Bamba will be unable to return to the court for Wednesday’s contest versus the Detroit Pistons due to his persistent foot injury. Head coach Steve Clifford sounded optimistic about Bamba being back in the near future, which bodes well for his chances of playing either Friday versus Brooklyn or Saturday against Milwaukee. In the meantime, Khem Birch will likely continue to fill in, while Nikola Vucevic could snag an extra few minutes as he looks to cement his All-Star case.--Jesse Borek
