6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers point guard Patrick Beverley filled in nicely for the injured Danilo Gallinari as he compiled 18 points, a season-high 12 rebounds, five assists, one block and four steals in Sunday's victory over the Spurs. The 30-year-old was 5-for-9 from the field, 4-for-7 from beyond the arc, and 4-for-6 from the free throw line. It was his second-highest scoring output of the season and the 10th time that he tallied double figures. He pulled down at least 10 rebounds for the second time in four games and the third occasion this year. Beverley has seen more floor time in January than he has at any time this season and has done a good job at contributing stats across the board this month. So, he could be a cheap DFS option on Tuesday against the Mavericks or if Gallinari and/or Lou Williams are forced to miss another game, the Arkansas product could be a streaming option.--Daniel Benjamin
