6 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell poured in 34 points on 12 of 28 shooting in the loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday. Mitchell did not stop there as he added seven rebounds with five assists while chipping in a steal with two makes from range in 34 minutes of action. Mitchell has been smoking hot with 30.0 points, 4.6 assists and 4.4 rebounds over his last five games, but with the return of Ricky Rubio, we may see the second-year guard's production take a minor hit as he will have the ball in his hands a little less. Either way, this could be the turnaround for Mitchell that owners have been waiting for.--Gianni Costantiello
