6 years agoBrooklyn Nets point/shooting guard Shabazz Napier scored in droves off the bench Tuesday against the Chicago Bulls, knocking down a season-high five threes on his way to finishing with 24 points. He went 8-for-17 overall from the floor in 25 minutes off the bench, essentially taking over the role once occupied by Spencer Dinwiddie, who will be sidelined for the near future. Napier had already been cracking the rotation and forcing fantasy owners to pay attention, but with Brooklyn’s backcourt depth tested, he becomes a definite consideration no matter the league size.--Jesse Borek
