6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum came out firing all cylinders on Wednesday when he connected on a perfect 9-for-9 shooting, to score 20 of his 30 points in the opening quarter against the Jazz. McCollum finished the night making 12 of 19 shots and added three triples with three boards and two steals with a block in just 30 minutes. The Jazz allowed 132 points to the Trail Blazers, which is the most this season to any team and for the first time ever, McCollum along with teammate Damian Lillard, both scored 20-plus points each by halftime, amazing.--Gianni Costantiello
