6 years agoIndiana Pacers small forward Doug McDermott will remain sidelined for Monday’s game versus the New Orleans Pelicans due to a rib injury. McDermott will be inactive for just the second time this season, with Bojan Bogdanovic having erupted for 31 points Saturday without McDermott around to back him up. McDermott has averaged a modest 6.7 points per game across 17.5 minutes per night this season, potentially next able to suit up Tuesday against the Los Angeles Lakers.--Jesse Borek
