The outing marks just the second time in the past nine games that Russell has been kept under 20 points, having seen his offensive role expand with Spencer Dinwiddie in street clothes. Monday’s performance can be seen as a blip on the radar for Russell, who still managed to contribute five assists and two made threes, giving him 12 consecutive contests with multiple triples.
