Dario Saric Drops Season-High 22 Points Off Bench
6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves power forward Dario Saric had what was likely his best game of 2018-19 during Tuesday’s loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, dropping a season-high 22 points across 33 minutes. The Croatian knocked down four threes, tying his season high, while also snatching seven rebounds and adding five assists, surpassing Taj Gibson in the rotation, although the latter was battling foul trouble. Without Robert Covington available for the time being, Saric should continue to remain a part of Minnesota’s primary rotation, but unless he begins to start over Gibson, he likely can remain on the wire in most formats.
