6 years agoThe Portland Trail Blazers traded forward Caleb Swanigan to the Sacramento Kings on Thursday in exchange for fellow big man Skal Labissiere. Swanigan was languishing on the bench in the Rose City, playing a total of 45 minutes over his first two NBA season while averaging just 2.1 points and 2.4 rebounds in just 7.4 minutes per contests. He has big hands and can clean the glass, and apparently Sacto thinks enough of his to part with a promising forward like Labissiere. He'll get a clean slate with a good team, and perhaps his fantasy value increases slightly, but he is still not worth a roster spot outside of the deepest formats at this juncture.--Daniel Dobish
