6 years agoChicago Bulls power forward Lauri Markkanen scored 31 points on 11-for-18 shooting in Friday's win over the Brooklyn Nets. He also added 18 rebounds. With Bobby Portis gone and Wendell Carter Jr. out, Markkanen becomes an even more important piece of this Bulls frontcourt, and he'll have a good chance to put up strong fantasy numbers again on Saturday against a Wizards team that allows the NBA's second-most points per game and third-most rebounds. There's a chance that the aforementioned Portis puts up a strong defensive effort and partially shuts Markkanen down, but that shouldn't be a major worry for fantasy owners.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
