6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid has been listed as questionable for Sunday’s contest against the Los Angeles Lakers due to an illness. Embiid was dealing with the same ailment Friday and he shot 4-for-17 from the field. Should he be held out, Boban Marjanovic would be the likeliest candidate to step into the starting five. Embiid scored 28 points against the Lakers in their first match-up back on Jan. 29, although owners will want to check in prior to tip to get an update on the Sixers’ leading scorer.--Jesse Borek
