6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard/small forward Jonathon Simmons has been listed as questionable to suit up for his new franchise Sunday versus the Los Angeles Lakers due to a left oblique strain. Simmons was brought aboard in the swap for Markelle Fultz with the Orlando Magic and will provide Philly with an additional athletic wing. Simmons has averaged 6.9 points in 20.6 minutes per contest this season, having established himself last season as a starter for the Magic. How Simmons slots into head coach Brett Brown’s rotation remains to be seen, so keep an eye on the newest Sixer when he does eventually take the floor.--Jesse Borek
