6 years agoUtah Jazz power forward Derrick Favors registered 11 points with 10 rebounds, two steals and an assist in Saturday's 125-105 win against the San Antonio Spurs, but he spent long parts of the second half nailed to the bench, and it appeared to be a coaching decision. Head coach Quin Snyder had power forward Jae Crowder play 25 minutes off the bench, and he hit three treys for nine points, six boards and three dimes, while the red-hot small forward Royce O'Neale was also used at the power forward spot. Favors will look to redeem himself in Tuesday's game at Golden State before the team heads into the NBA All-Star break.--Daniel Dobish
