6 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young has made a habit of collecting double-doubles of late, securing another during Saturday’s loss to the Charlotte Hornets with 20 points and 11 assists to his credit in just 28 minutes of action. The rookie has logged five double-doubles in his previous 13 outings, sitting at 16.9 points and 7.5 assists this season en route to what will likely be First-team All-Rookie honors. Atlanta will continue his development over the season’s final few months with an ample amount of opportunities, next facing the Magic on the second leg of a back-to-back Sunday.--Jesse Borek
