6 years agoAtlanta Hawks rookie point guard Trae connected on 3-for-9 shooting to score 13 points and added seven assists, but it was not enough as his Hawks got trounced by the Magic on Sunday. Young added five rebounds and nailed two of four attempts from three in 26 minutes of action. Despite this quiet night from the rookie, Young has been rolling over his last nine games with 21.8 points, 8.2 assists, and 3.6 rebounds while shooting solid 48.2% from the floor in that span. If Young can sustain close to this production the rest of the way, patient owners can finally reap the benefits of the crafty guard.--Gianni Costantiello
