6 years agoIt wasn’t a fancy performance by any means, but Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Collin Sexton got to the 20-point mark during Monday’s victory over the New York Knicks. Sexton led the offensive attack during his 39 minutes, finishing 7-for-21 from the field overall, including going 2-for-8 from deep. His assist total remains startlingly consistent, having dished anywhere from 2-to-4 over each of his nine games. Sexton wraps up the first half Wednesday against the Brooklyn Nets, whom he has logged double-digit scoring efforts against in each of their first two meetings.--Jesse Borek
