6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers power forward Kyle Kuzma saw ample opportunities from the field during Tuesday’s loss to the Atlanta Hawks, dropping 19 points on 8-for-20 shooting. His performance marks the first time this season Kuzma has gotten up at least 20 shots in three consecutive games, as he even filled in as a small-ball center Tuesday due to injuries. After pitching in five rebounds and three made triples versus Atlanta, he enters the All-Star break averaging 19.1 points per game while shooting 46.7 percent from the field overall. Kuzma figures to remain a staple of the LA offense during the second half of the season.--Jesse Borek
