6 years agoCenter Enes Kanter has found a new home, as he is reportedly set to join the Portland Trail Blazers for their playoff push, as first reported by Adrian Wojnarowski. The move brings Kanter full-circle in many ways as he originally signed an offer sheet to join Portland back in 2015, before seeing Oklahoma City match that deal. Now, Kanter joins the club as a free agent following his departure from the New York Knicks where he averaged 14 points and 10.5 rebounds per game over 44 contests. Owners may not be able to expect that level of production still, but he should certainly be a large part of Portland’s plans in the second half.--Jesse Borek
