Jusuf Nurkic Posts Double-Double In Home Win
6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic finished Wednesday's 129-107 victory against the Golden State Warriors with 11 points and 11 rebounds across 25 minutes. He finished the game just 5-for-14 from the field and he was a dismal 1-for-4 from the free-throw stripe, too. After the All-Star break he will have company, as the team signed free-agent center Enes Kanter, formerly of the New York Knicks. He is expected to report to Rip City and serve as the primary backup to Nurkic. The Blazers are back in action Feb. 21 on the road against the Brooklyn Nets.
