6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers shooting guard C.J. McCollum had a solid outing Thursday against the Brooklyn Nets. McCollum scored 21 points going nine for nineteen from the floor. Included to McCollum's scoring output he also had six boards and five assists. The All-Star break came at a perfect time for McCollum as he as had been shooting 32 percent from the field while averaging 14 points a contest in the three games before the All-Star game. The Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday is the next opponent for the Blazers. The 76ers have the eleventh best defensive rating in the league so expect McCollum to not perform as well as he did Thursday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
