6 years agoCharlotte Hornets guard Kemba Walker was battling late in the game with D'Angelo Russell of the Brooklyn Nets, but Walker's efforts fell short in the closing minutes of the bout. Not to be disregarded, Walker had a solid night with a team-high 32 points on 12-for-28 shooting and 6-for-15 from three-point land. The 28-year-old point guard rounded out his performance with one board, three assists, and a pair of steals. Walker and his squad are back in action on Monday night against the Golden State Warriors, a team that the Hornets have not squared up against this season.--Matthew.McGough
