6 years agoMiami Heat small/power forward Derrick Jones Jr. will miss Monday’s game versus the Phoenix Suns due to an illness that was announced earlier in the day. Jones seemed to be in line for extended run against his former squad with James Johnson also ruled out, but the Heat will instead be limited by injuries up and down the depth chart. Jones is in strictly DFS territory for the time being as Miami sorts out their rotations, with his next chance to play coming Wednesday against the Golden State Warriors.--Jesse Borek
