6 years agoGolden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson led the charge with a 26-point outing during Monday’s win over the Charlotte Hornets. It was a solid all-around outing for Golden State’s wing marksman, adding five assists and two rebounds to his three made triples. After a slow start to open the year from deep, Thompson is within range of setting a new career high in scoring, needing to average just .6 additional points per game for the remainder of the season. He next squares off with the Miami Heat on Wednesday, whom he scorched for six made threes and 29 points back on Feb. 10.--Jesse Borek
