6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday netted 22 points on 7-for-16 shooting on Monday when he filled the stat sheet in the one-point loss to the 76ers. Holiday handed out seven assists with five rebounds while swiping three steals with a block and he also connected on 2-for-8 shooting from three. It was hinted that the Pelicans may cut Holiday's minutes, but the guard played 34 minutes in this one and has played 30 or more in three of his last four games. Owners can hope this trend continues as he is playing some excellent basketball at the moment for the Pels.--Gianni Costantiello
