Serge Ibaka Scores 14 Points In 20 Minutes
6 years agoToronto Raptors forward/center Serge Ibaka started for his team on Tuesday night against the Boston Celtics but only received 20 minutes of playing time, less than some of his counterparts that came off the bench. Despite the limited minutes, Ibaka was able to be the third highest scorer on the team, with 14 points alongside two boards. The 29-year-old forward/center was shooting with high efficiency on the night, knocking down six of seven of his shots and hitting on a perfect 2-for-2 from three-point land. Ibaka has continued to waiver around his 15.8 scoring average on the season in recent games, but owners should be wary of his decrease in minutes his last two games out. Ibaka is back in action on Friday night against the Portland Trail Blazers, a team that he scored 18 points against the last time out.
