6 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell played another excellent game and made some big plays down the stretch to guarantee the win over the Nuggets on their home soil. Mitchell poured in 24 points while dishing out five assists with eight rebounds and he also nailed four triples on the night. With Ricky Rubio (hamstring) sidelined, Mitchell got the start at the point and helped his club show that the Jazz are for real beating the Nuggets in Denver. Mitchell has turned things around after a shaky start to the season and will look to continue to roll on Saturday when his club battles the Bucks, where Mitchell scored 26 points on 33.3% shooting in their previous matchup this season.--Gianni Costantiello
