6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James posted 27 points in the losing cause to the Clippers on Monday. James connected on half of his 18 shots and added eight rebounds with six assists with a steal and a block in 42 minutes of action. There was talk after the game of James possibly getting shut down as the Lakers dip lower in the standings and he made it clear that it will not happen. Owners shall keep an eye on this topic going forward, as in the big picture, this could be the optimal long term decision for Lakers. In the meantime, keep the King rolling.--Gianni Costantiello
