6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward/center Anthony Davis could not be more consistent when it comes to his new role of playing around 20 minutes a night. Davis scored 16 points on 6-for-12 shooting with five rebounds and added three assists with two blocks and a steal in 21 minutes of action on Wednesday. It was another teaser line for owners and he is averaging 17.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.5 steals a night in six games since the break. The Pels only have one more back-to-back set left (March 15 and 16), so it is not the end of the world for owners if he can continue this steady production.--Gianni Costantiello
