6 years agoBoston Celtics small/power forward Jayson Tatum recorded 24 points on 8-for-17 shooting during Wednesday’s win over the Sacramento Kings. The scoring output is Tatum’s highest since Feb. 5, although he has managed to score in double figures in each game in between. Tatum saw his shot attempts tick up with Kyrie Irving on the sidelines, which would figure to benefit him again Saturday versus the Los Angeles Lakers if Irving remains absent. Still, at 16.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game on 45.3 percent shooting, Tatum boasts one of the best floors in the league at his price tag.--Jesse Borek
