6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers power forward/center Johnathan Williams appeared in his ninth NBA game during Saturday’s loss to the Boston Celtics and racked up 18 points and 10 rebounds in his 29 minutes off the bench. Having appeared in just three games since October, Williams appears to be back in the fold for Los Angeles moving forward, putting him on owners’ radars, especially as long as Kyle Kuzma is absent. Williams has appeared in 36 games with the South Bay Lakers of the G League and averaged 15.2 points and 8.7 rebounds per contest. Keep an eye on his minutes totals over the next handful of games to get a read on his ability to be rostered.--Jesse Borek
