6 years agoMilwaukee Bucks center Brook Lopez delivered arguably his best outing of 2018-19 during Saturday’s win over the Charlotte Hornets, collecting 25 points and eight rebounds in 30 minutes of play. Normally able to rack up points from behind the arc, Lopez made just a single three, instead doing his work from the free-throw stripe, where he went a perfect 10-for-10. He also added two assists and two steals, failing to record a block for only the seventh time this year. He’ll have a chance to build on the performance immediately, next suiting up Sunday against the defensively-stout San Antonio Spurs in the second leg of a back-to-back.--Jesse Borek
