6 years agoGolden State Warriors shooting guard/small forward Klay Thompson converted 12 of his 23 shots to score 30 points in the battle of the two Western Conference heavyweights on Wednesday. Thompson added two assists with six rebounds and did not commit a single turnover against the Rockets. Thompson added five triples which joined his teammate, Stephen Curry as the only players in NBA history to have seven straight seasons with 200-plus 3-pointers. They will have another battle on Saturday when the Warriors travel to OKC to take on the Thunder.--Gianni Costantiello
