D.J. Augustin Ties Season High With Four Made Triples
6 years agoOrlando Magic point guard D.J. Augustin took the offensive initiative during Wednesday’s loss to the Washington Wizards, firing up 15 shot attempts, his second-highest total of the season, en route to 16 points. He added four made threes, tying his season-best, while adding seven assists and no turnovers. His numbers have been relatively quiet (11.5 points, 4.9 assists per game) this season, but Augustin has started 68 of the team’s 69 games, making him a consistent low-end option. He’s a cheap DFS play on the second leg of a back-to-back versus the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday.
