6 years agoIndiana Pacers power forward/center Domantas Sabonis was stellar off the bench during Thursday’s win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, finishing 7-for-12 from the field and 12-for-13 from the free-throw line en route to a 26-point performance. Sabonis saw his minutes total increase in his third game back from an ankle ailment, adding in seven rebounds and four assists. The 26-point outburst was his second-highest total this season, an outlier for a player who is usually around his averages of 14.3 points and 9.2 rebounds per contest. He’ll face off with the Denver Nuggets come Saturday.--Jesse Borek
