6 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Darren Collison was on the floor for a season-best 39 minutes during Thursday’s win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, seeing his minutes bumped up without Tyreke Evans available off the bench. Collison used that extra time to deliver a strong performance to the tune of 17 points, seven assists, six rebounds and four steals while knocking down all five free throws he attempted. He has been off to a roaring start in March by averaging 16.8 points per game through his first six contests, but is set for a tough showdown with the Denver Nuggets on Saturday, who are allowing the second-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing point guards this season.--Jesse Borek
