6 years agoDetroit Pistons center Andre Drummond was all over the glass during Friday’s win against the Los Angeles Lakers, returning to the double-double column after a one-game absence with a 19-point, 23-rebound effort. Saddled by foul trouble Wednesday, Drummond was able to feast against the banged up Lakers. Owners know what they’re getting out of Detroit’s big man on a nightly basis, it’s just a matter of how many rebounds he’ll collect once he gets rolling, finishing with 23 of the team’s 50 overall. He draws a tough match-up versus former Defensive Player of the Year Marc Gasol and the Toronto Raptors on Sunday, whom he has logged double-doubles against in both prior meetings this season.--Jesse Borek
