6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid paved the way for his squad’s victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday, dropping 40 points on 15-for-31 shooting, including 4-for-13 from deep -- the most threes he has ever attempted in a single outing. The performance also marked his 14th consecutive double-double, as he added 15 rebounds, six assists and three steals, delivering one of his best fantasy outputs of the season. The Sixers have already announced that he’ll be held out Tuesday in the front end of a back-to-back against the Charlotte Hornets, which would have presented an elite fantasy match-up, but will instead next play Wednesday against the Boston Celtics.--Jesse Borek
