6 years agoPhoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton feasted during Monday’s loss to the Chicago Bulls, piling up 25 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 12-for-17 from the floor across his 35 minutes. With Richaun Holmes inactive as his backup, Ayton was all over the stat line, adding three assists, three steals and three blocks for what amounted to a huge performance. He is set for a collision with Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond come Thursday, whom he got up 25 points and 13 rebounds against on Nov. 25. Should Holmes remain out, Ayton could continue to see a slightly increased workload.--Jesse Borek
