Aron Baynes Has Night Ended Early
6 years agoBoston Celtics center Aron Baynes exited Wednesday’s contest against the Philadelphia 76ers in the second quarter due to a left ankle sprain and will not be able to return for the remainder of the contest. Baynes played 12 minutes off the bench during the first half, collecting four points and three rebounds. His loss is especially felt on the defensive end of the floor, where he was matched up with Joel Embiid. His departure likely means an increased workload for Al Horford, with Baynes’ next chance to return to the fold coming Saturday against the Charlotte Hornets.
