6 years agoWashington Wizards small/power forward Trevor Ariza has been ruled out for Saturday’s contest against the Miami Heat due to a left groin strain. He will miss his second consecutive game after not having missed a single outing since joining Washington back in December. Troy Brown entered the starting five in Ariza’s previous absence and figures to continue seeing extended run while the veteran is out. His next chance to suit up comes Tuesday against one of his former clubs, the Los Angeles Lakers.--Jesse Borek
