6 years agoOrlando Magic center Nikola Vucevic keyed his squad’s win over the Miami Heat on Tuesday with 24 points and 16 rebounds to his credit. With the victory, Orlando takes over possession of the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference and figures to continue giving Vucevic all the workload he can handle over the final seven games. It has been a monstrous March for Vucevic, who is averaging 22.6 points and 12.4 rebounds per contest, elite numbers that carry him into a showdown Thursday against the Detroit Pistons, whom he has notched double-doubles against in each of his past two meetings.--Jesse Borek
