6 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young failed to make a three-point bucket during Tuesday’s loss to the San Antonio Spurs, finishing 5-for-15 from the floor overall en route to a 15-point performance. The Hawks were supremely thin in the frontcourt, which allowed the Spurs defense to hone in on Young, who went three-less for just the third time since Jan. 21. He did add six assists, but has now shot 3-for-23 from deep over his last three games. He looks to right the ship in his final back-to-back of the year Wednesday against Philadelphia, whom he torched for 32 points back on March 23.--Jesse Borek
