6 years agoTexas Rangers infielder Asdrubal Cabrera homered for the third time in four days as the Texas Rangers came out on top of the Houston Astros on Tuesday. Cabrera has enjoyed an extremely strong start to the season, returning a .333 batting average and seven RBI to go with his three home runs. The Rangers utility infielder is looking to back up a 2018 season in which he hit 23 home runs with a .262 batting average. Cabrera's start to the season is made all the more valuable for fantasy owners thanks to his multiple-position eligibility. The veteran hitter is eligible at second, third and shortstop and should be owned in virtually every league for as long as his bat stays hot. Wednesday's matchup with Gerrit Cole could be a tough one, but after he took Justin Verlander deep Tuesday, it will be hard for owners to sit Cabrera in the hitter-friendly confines of Globe Life Park.--Ben Rolfe
