6 years agoHouston Rockets center Clint Capela collected 15 rebounds during Wednesday’s victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, giving him 14 consecutive outings of double-digit boards to his credit. Capela has averaged 16.2 points per game and shot 68.1 percent from the floor in that span, helping him ascend to second in the league in field-goal percentage behind only the Utah Jazz’s Rudy Gobert. His role in the center of the floor for Houston makes him as reliable of a play as any big man in the league, collecting 24 points and two blocks Wednesday, sure to continue seeing a high usage throughout the postseason.--Jesse Borek
