6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns delivered an odd stat line during Friday’s victory over the Miami Heat, notching a 13-point, 12-rebound double-double in 29 minutes, but also setting a new career high with 11 turnovers. The performance marks the second double-digit turnover game of Towns’ career, with the Heat entirely flummoxing the big man. His 10 shot attempts are his fewest in a single outing since Jan. 15, with his 13 points also the fewest since that contest. He’ll try to right the ship Sunday against Oklahoma City, whom he torched for 41 points and 14 rebounds on March 5.--Jesse Borek
